Cenote or Dzonot is a Mayan word that means cave with water. The cenotes are water deposits of great depth, filled with the filtration of water from underground rivers and streams. Important Notes
Restrictions: Suitable for ages 6 and up (must show an ID to the tour operator). Children under 12 years must be accompanied by a paying adult. For zip-lining a minimum height of 4.5 ft/1.35 m and a minimum weight of 88 lbs/40 kg is required. The use of life vests is mandatory during all water activities.
Recommendations: We recommend to bring your bathing suit on, change of clothes, water shoes, biodegradable sunscreen and insect repellent and extra cash or credit card for souvenirs and photos. The tour is not recommended if you have any of the following conditions: problems with your heart, lungs or spinal column; diabetes, hypertension, pregnancy or possibility of being pregnant.
