The best seafood in Playa del Carmen by Chef Aquiles Chavez, considered one of the best chefs in the country. He grew up in Tabasco where as he says it all started. As a teenager he decided to work in a famous restaurant in Villahermosa, where he found his passion for kitchen. Today he works as a tv host of his own tv programs. His creative, fun, outgoing and always positive personality, have led to combine his passion for cooking and his love for family.
